Shipping

Do you offer international shipping? 

Both international and domestic shipping is available. Rates will be available at checkout. Please note that there may be duties and import taxes for international orders which are the customers' responsibility.

Can I wash my mug in the dishwasher?

Whilst all the clay and glazes we use are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing as this will promote the longevity of your item and ensure the colours remain as they were.

 

Returns

Do you accept returns?

As all items are unique and handmade, returns and exchanges are not offered.

 

What happens if my order arrives broken?

Whilst we do all we can to ensure your items are packaged carefully, we understand that accidents happen during the shipping process. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please email custardcreammm@gmail.com with images of the damage to organise a refund/replacement.
